This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide expert legal advice, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making across various business functions. As a key player in our organization, you will leverage your legal expertise to navigate complex legal landscapes, negotiate agreements, and uphold our commitment to integrity and excellence. We are ideally looking for qualified solicitors/ legal executive or licensed conveyancers who want to set their own hours and targets. We operate on a profit share scheme and not salaried. We especially interested if you have commerical residential experience or experience in leases. Duties Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of issues including contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance Lead negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong professional relationships Draft, review, and amend legal documents such as contracts, memoranda, policies, and agreements Conduct legal research to stay current on relevant laws and regulations impacting the organization Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all business activities adhere to applicable legal standards Support the resolution of disputes through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution methods Maintain organized records of all legal documentation and correspondence for easy reference and audit purposes Experience Qualified lawyer with a valid legal practicing certificate from a recognized jurisdiction Proven experience in contract negotiation and drafting within a corporate or consultancy environment Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations applicable to the organization’s industry Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively Demonstrated ability to analyze complex legal issues and communicate solutions clearly and effectively Prior experience working collaboratively across departments to achieve compliance goals Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Legal Consultant - qualified, where your expertise will empower our organization to operate confidently within the law while fostering growth and innovation.
