Day to Day responsibilities: - Communication with vendor, internal & external communication, invoicing, review, update approvals, manage legal inquiried, financial admin lift of all legal spend, etc. Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years understanding of finance - MUST have Brightflag experience (which is company's legal billing tool). - Hiring manager feels that any candidate that has this experience will have what they are looking for as they must understand legal accounting. - Must have an understanding of the legal invoicing info and remain very secure/confidential. The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more.
