Your primary responsibility will be reviewing HOA governing documents (such as bylaws and election rules) and extracting election-related information. The task requires the ability to analyze and interpret sometimes dense language and legal terminology. An additional responsibility will be litigation support, including drafting and filing legal documents. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. We are seeking a candidate with the following skills and attributes: - Able to read, understand and summarize documents that include specialized terminology. - Able to complete complex administrative procedures (after training). - Meticulous attention to detail. - Capable, organized, on-time and reliable. - Comfortable using Microsoft Word. - Comfortable using office equipment such as computers, printers and photocopiers. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. - Legal experience or training is a plus.
