Prior office and/or law firm experience is required. This position is ideal for someone looking to get into the legal field and/or further their legal career as it provides many opportunities for learning, growth, and promotion. Job Description: - Full-time Legal Assistant/ Administrative Assistant - Initial investigation and work up of client cases - Client intake, communication, correspondence and meetings - Communication and correspondence with insurance companies - Coordinate medical treatment and scheduling with medical providers - Provide phone, clerical, and administrative support - Assist case managing attorneys generally as directed - Obtain medical records/bills, traffic collision reports, DMV records. investigative searches, etc. - Prepare settlement demands Qualifications - MUST BE FLUENT IN SPEAKING SPANISH - Excellent communication and writing skills - Strong computer skills - Takes initiative and follows up - Professional office communication, demeanor and etiquette - Collaborative team member - Previous office and/or law firm experience - College degree is a plus To Apply: - Please send your resume and an email/cover letter describing why you are a good fit for this position - Principals only.
