This is a remote role based in the contiguous United States. The Leave Specialist II is responsible for administering the leave policies and procedures, including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and state and local leave laws. The Leave Specialist II is a hybrid role that will also provide support to employees and managers regarding leave-related issues and serve as backup support for the Data Leave Specialist by reviewing and analyzing leave-related reports, troubleshooting workflow issues, and assisting with technical onboarding activities for new clients.
