Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate the leasing team to achieve monthly targets Manage daily leasing activities, leads, viewings, negotiations, and closings Develop strategies to increase leasing performance and revenue Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Monitor team KPIs, performance, follow-ups, and CRM activities Support team members in negotiations and closing challenging deals Ensure accurate property listings and strong market knowledge Recruit and develop new leasing consultants when required Job Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate leasing Previous experience in a Team Leader / Senior Leasing role Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi rental market Proven track record of achieving leasing targets Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Strong network of landlords and property owners is an advantage Target-driven, energetic, and professional Immediate joiners preferred What We Offer: Attractive salary + commission package Qualified leads and strong marketing support Excellent property portfolio Professional CRM & management support Career growth opportunities Dynamic and performance-driven environment Apply Now: Send your CV to the following email: hr@topofthetop.ae Location: 1403, Global Tower, Electra Street- Abu Dhabi.
