PSI Assets is expanding its real estate team and looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and target-driven Leasing Property Consultants to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential clients interested in renting residential and commercial properties.
• Promote and market available properties through various channels.
• Handle leasing enquiries and understand clients' property requirements.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Provide professional advice on available properties, rental prices, and market trends.
• Negotiate rental terms and facilitate successful leasing transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
• Manage property listings and ensure accurate information is maintained across property portals.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful deals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth completion of leasing procedures.
• Achieve individual leasing targets and contribute to the overall team's performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in UAE real estate, particularly property leasing, is preferred.
• Freshers with a strong background in sales, customer service, or business development are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales ability and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an added advantage.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
