Their retail assets are home to a diverse mix of national and international retailers, with a strong focus on innovation, asset optimisation and revenue growth. As the Retail Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for driving promotional leasing and ancillary income opportunities across a portfolio of retail assets. Working closely with centre management and leasing teams, you'll focus on developing new business opportunities, securing brand partnerships, and maximising revenue through short-term leasing initiatives, sponsorships and mall media activations. About the role While previous retail or promotional leasing experience will be highly regarded, applicants from a residential real estate background are strongly encouraged to apply. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a current REAA licensed salesperson to transition into commercial property and gain exposure to some of New Zealand's leading retail assets. Develop and execute promotional leasing strategies to maximise ancillary income across multiple shopping centres Proactively source, negotiate and secure short-term leasing opportunities, brand activations, sponsorships, mall media and other revenue-generating initiatives Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, relationship building and direct client engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, retailers, agencies and commercial partners Manage promotional leasing enquiries, licence agreements and related contract documentation Monitor income performance, contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensure revenue targets are achieved or exceeded Work collaboratively with centre management teams to ensure the successful delivery and operation of promotional leasing activities Ensure all agreements comply with legal requirements and that invoicing and payment processes are managed accurately and efficiently While previous retail or promotional leasing experience will be highly regarded, applicants from a residential real estate background are strongly encouraged to apply.
