# Leasing Manager **BANIYAS CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations across a diverse portfolio of five properties in Abu Dhabi, with a sixth on the way: Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the leasing function across all residential, commercial and community retail properties - Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental income - Prepare and negotiate lease agreements in line with company policy and UAE/Abu Dhabi regulations (including Tawtheeq and ADREC requirements) - Conduct market research and rental benchmarking to recommend competitive pricing - Identify and attract prospective tenants, and manage the full leasing cycle from enquiry to handover - Manage renewals, rent collection follow-up, and tenant retention - Coordinate with finance, legal, property management and maintenance teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and service - Prepare periodic leasing, occupancy and revenue reports for senior management - Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and key stakeholders - Plan the leasing launch and tenant mix for the upcoming project Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field - Minimum 4-7 years of leasing experience in the UAE - Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi tenancy laws, Tawtheeq and ADREC procedures - Strong retailer, F&B and broker network - Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in MS Office and property/leasing management systems - Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken) - Valid UAE driving licence is preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
