The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for promoting available properties, assisting prospective tenants throughout the leasing process, conducting property viewings and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants through phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels. - Present and promote available residential/commercial properties to potential tenants. - Conduct property viewings and explain property features, facilities, terms and rental conditions. - Identify clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties. - Follow up with prospective tenants and maintain regular communication. - Prepare and process tenancy applications, lease agreements and required documentation. - Coordinate with landlords, property managers and internal teams to complete the leasing process. - Negotiate rental terms within company guidelines and assist in closing leasing transactions. - Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, applications and completed leases. - Keep property listings, availability, pricing and marketing information up to date. - Provide professional customer service before, during and after the leasing process. - Achieve individual and team leasing targets. - Stay informed about market rental rates, property availability and local real estate trends. - Perform other duties related to leasing and property operations as required. Requirements - Previous experience in leasing, real estate, property management or customer service is preferred. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Customer-oriented and professional attitude. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good organizational and follow-up skills. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. - Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage. - Valid driving license is an advantage, depending on the role.
