Part-Time Leasing Agent Ranchstone Garden Homes | Austin, TX 20–25 Hours Per Week | $18–$20/Hour Ranchstone Garden Homes is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our team in Austin, Texas. We’re looking for someone who is customer-service focused, great on the phone, organized, and detail-oriented . This person will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for prospective residents—from their first phone call through their apartment tour and leasing process. What You’ll Do Answer incoming calls and respond to leasing inquiries professionally and enthusiastically Schedule and conduct apartment tours with prospective residents Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email Ensure online listings are accurate Maintain social media presence Understand local rental market and complete monthly survey Assist prospects through the application and leasing process Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents Maintain accurate prospect, application, and leasing information Assist with leasing paperwork and general administrative duties Help ensure the leasing office, model, and available homes are ready for tours Communicate resident questions and maintenance concerns to the appropriate team member Manage lease renewal workflows Assist the property management team with day-to-day office needs What We’re Looking For Excellent customer service and people skills Strong phone and verbal communication skills Friendly, professional, and comfortable meeting new people Organized with strong attention to detail Dependable and able to work independently Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software Confident showing and marketing apartment homes Previous experience in leasing, property management, sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred , but we are willing to consider the right candidate with transferable experience Why This Role?
