Responsibilities - Respond to leasing inquiries and schedule apartment tours. - Show available apartments and explain rental terms. - Process rental applications and assist with lease paperwork. - Follow up with prospective residents. - Assist current residents with questions and requests. - Maintain accurate leasing records and property information. - Help maintain a welcoming and professional apartment community. Qualifications - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. - Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software. - Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred, but not required. - Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Employment Details - Full-time W-2 employment. - Bi-Weekly pay. - Onsite position in Houston, Texas. - Benefits and paid time off are not currently offered.
