Learning Operations Manager
Industry: Training & Education Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $8,000 – $8,500/month Location: Jurong East Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations across training centres and satellite locations, ensuring smooth, safe and reliable delivery. Oversee learner admissions, enrolment, records, attendance and administrative processes. Manage funding and claims operations, ensuring accurate documentation, timely submissions and proper reconciliation. Coordinate trainers, facilities, equipment, learning resources, IT support and assessment administration. Drive quality assurance, SOP governance, audit readiness and compliance requirements. Lead and develop the Learning Operations & Governance team, fostering accountability and service excellence. Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements, digitalisation and automation initiatives. Requirements Strong experience in training operations, learning administration, quality assurance or governance . Good understanding of funding, claims, compliance and audit processes. Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows. Experience in SOPs, process improvement, dashboards and operational reporting. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive and accountable, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
