Develop simple leadership programs, career pathways, Train-the-Trainer programs and future Me In leaders. - Service Culture: Work directly on the restaurant floor to strengthen hospitality behaviors and create a recognizable Me In Service Culture - not simply service SOPs. - Company Culture: Translate the MEIN Core Values into everyday behaviors and embed them into onboarding, training, coaching, recognition and leadership practices. - Training System: Create simple and practical training modules, facilitator guides, coaching tools, checklists, onboarding programs and training calendars. Measure behavior change and operational improvement, not just attendance. - Social Impact Academy - GIVE BACK: Support the future pilot of Me In Group's not-for-profit Hospitality Academy, designed to create career opportunities for young people with limited access to professional hospitality education.
