About the Job We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to plan and lead training programs that help our employees grow and perform at their best. Responsibilities Identify training needs and create learning plans. Design and develop training manuals, guides, and other learning materials. Organize workshops, e-learning, and other training activities. Work with managers to support career development. Lead and guide the L&D team, providing coaching and direction. Track and report on training results and employee progress. Manage the training budget and any outside training providers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field. At least 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, including 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills. Knowledge of learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Experience creating clear, effective training manuals and other instructional content.
