The Role: Lead Talent Acquisition Partner We are looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner with 4–7 years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on corporate hiring across both Tech and Non-Tech functions , partnering closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand requirements, build talent pipelines, and drive hiring from sourcing to closure. You will work on a diverse range of corporate roles across functions such as Technology, Product, Design, Marketing , Leadership role and Campus Programs depending on business requirements. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to own multiple mandates simultaneously , bring strong market understanding, advise stakeholders on talent availability, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process. What You'll Do Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand corporate hiring requirements and define the right candidate profile. Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple Tech and Non-Tech roles, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and closure. Hire across diverse corporate functions, including Technology, Product, Design, Marketing , Leadership role and Campus Programs. Build targeted talent pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, market mapping, and other sourcing channels . Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates based on skills, experience, motivation, and overall role fit . Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, feedback follow-ups, and offer processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Partner with Hiring Managers throughout the hiring cycle and provide market insights, talent availability, and sourcing recommendations . Manage multiple open positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong turnaround times. Drive offer discussions, negotiations, follow-ups, and candidate closures . Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, pipelines, and hiring data. Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future corporate hiring needs . What We're Looking For 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment across corporate functions . Experience hiring across Tech and/or Non-Tech roles . Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment platforms . Strong stakeholder and Hiring Manager management experience. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies. Strong candidate assessment and screening skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and organizational skills. Strong ownership and ability to drive positions independently from requirement gathering to closure .
