Responsibilities - Actively engage with members and prospective clients to promote gym memberships and personal training packages. - Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of various membership options and training programs. - Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their fitness goals and recommending suitable services. - Achieve personal sales targets through proactive outreach and personalized consultations. - Assist in creating a welcoming environment that encourages member retention and satisfaction. - Support team members in maintaining a high standard of customer service and facility cleanliness. - Contribute to promotional activities and marketing initiatives aimed at increasing membership sign-ups. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up procedures.
