About the role

As a Lead React Native developer , you will make an impact by designing, developing, and supporting scalable mobile and web applications across both front-end and back-end technologies. You will be a valued member of the engineering team and work collaboratively with architects, technical leaders, product owners, and cross-functional development teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

In this role, you will:

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React Native, TypeScript, Redux, GraphQL, and REST APIs . - Build scalable, secure, and maintainable mobile and backend solutions that meet business and technical requirements. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across multiple environments. - Collaborate with architects and technical leadership to design and implement enterprise-grade software solutions. Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to development teams while promoting engineering best practices and quality standards.

What you need to have to be considered

- 8+ years of software development experience with full-stack application development. - Strong hands-on experience developing mobile applications using React Native . - Exposure with .NET APIs and backend services. - Proficiency with TypeScript, Redux, GraphQL, and REST APIs . - Experience implementing observability and monitoring solutions using OpenTelemetry . - Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in distributed application environments. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment. Excellent communication and technical mentoring skills.

- Experience designing and implementing cloud-native applications. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Experience with microservices-based architectures. - Familiarity with performance optimization and application monitoring best practices. - Experience leading technical discussions and influencing engineering decisions.
