Lead Organizer/ Project Manager

Lead Organizer | Graceful Spaces Organizing Part-time, 22–25 hrs/week, with opportunities to grow

Graceful Spaces is a luxury interior organizing company dedicated to celebrating the beauty of order in everyday life. We create tailored, first-class experiences for our clients through refined professional organization and timeless lifestyle solutions. We’re seeking an accomplished organizer with a creative mind and a servant’s heart to join our high-caliber, hospitality-driven team.

The Role Lead Organizers lead by example. You’ll organize alongside a team of 1–3 organizers while guiding them through each project, ensuring every space reflects exceptional workmanship and the Graceful Spaces standard.

• Execute written project strategies in clients’ homes, including closets, pantries, kitchens, offices, garages, mudrooms, household filing systems, and moves
• Serve as the client-facing leader from start to final walkthrough
• Install curated product solutions in partnership with our Product Team, adapting thoughtfully when a space requires it
• Coach and support your team, setting the standard for quality and care
• Represent Graceful Spaces in uniform with professionalism

Qualifications

• Professional organizing experience (preferred)
• An associate’s degree or a certification in any field
• Demonstrated leadership with clarity and a high standard of performance
• Interest in contributing to the growth of a small business
• The physical and mental stamina for hands-on work: lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs, and using a step stool or small ladder
• Comfort with typical household odors such as pets, dust, smoke, and fragrance (we do not work in excessively dirty or unsafe homes)

Schedule 22–25 hours per week based on company needs, with opportunities for additional hours.
