The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing and recruiting candidates across all visa categories, including OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, GC EAD, and USC . Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and onboard candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of consultants and add qualified profiles to the bench. Work on all visa categories including OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, GC EAD, and USC . Coordinate with Bench Sales and Recruiting teams to support placements and consultant marketing. Required Skills: ✔2–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing ✔ Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate relationship management skills. ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ✔ Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
