About the role The Appointment Setter is the first point of contact for homeowners who reach out to Centurion Energy. This role quickly reaches new leads, qualifies them, and secures an appointment with one of our energy consultants. Responsibilities Call and text inbound leads throughout the day Run a structured 14 day follow-up sequence on every lead Qualify homeowners and book appointments for the sales team Log every interaction accurately in our CRM Requirements C2-level English Proven experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or customer-facing calling Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM Experience working with a sales dialer Comfort with high call volume Strong organization and follow-through Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a headset Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.
