# Lead Generation Specialist - Makati **Rising Tide Digital Inc.** · Makati · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job title: Lead Generation Specialist Work setup: Full onsite, Dayshift (8am to 5pm) Location: Valero, Makati Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities through various channels Build, manage, and continuously update a pipeline of qualified leads Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn connection requests, and other appropriate channels Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups and engagement Qualify leads based on business needs, potential fit, and buying interest Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for the Business Development Manager (BDM) Coordinate with prospects to ensure meetings are properly scheduled, confirmed, and attended Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in client acquisition, prospecting, and closing deals Hands-on experience with email outreach, cold calling, and appointment setting Experience working with local clients is preferred Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at time management Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Experience in IT Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, or IT Solutions is a strong advantage Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month Benefits: Company Christmas gift Company events Health insurance Application Question(s): Amenable to work full onsite (Makati) and dayshit (8am to 5pm) Years of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist: Have experience working in IT Staff Augmentation?
