Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Executive to generate qualified leads for the company’s real estate projects and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through digital campaigns, social media, property portals, website inquiries, events and other marketing channels.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies for new project launches and existing developments.
• Coordinate with digital marketing agencies to monitor and optimize campaigns.
• Identify target audiences and potential buyers based on project offerings and market trends.
• Manage, update, and maintain lead databases and CRM systems.
• Qualify incoming leads based on budget, property preferences and purchase intent.
• Assign leads to the sales team and monitor follow-up activities.
• Track lead performance, cost per lead, conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports.
• Research competitor projects and identify new lead generation opportunities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, events and project launches.
• Monitor lead quality and recommend improvements to targeting and campaign performance.
• Ensure accurate lead records and minimize duplicate or invalid leads.
• Follow up with the sales team to collect feedback on lead quality and conversion outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with applicable data protection and marketing regulations.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation or digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media platforms, property portals and CRM systems.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet lead generation targets.

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
