# LEAD GENERATION ENGINEER **Frontier Pitts Middle East** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role JOB TITLE: LEAD GENERATION ENGINEER REPORTS TO: SALES MANAGER DEPARTMENT: SALES JOB PURPOSE To ensure Frontier Pitts Middle East products are specified at the design stage through ‘NBS Source’ and ensure Architects are regularly contacted and provided with updated engineering information. To ensure our specification remains during planning consents and construction bidders and contractors ensure our equipment is purchased for the project. Also using the software system to seek new construction projects and opportunities where we are not specified and contacting them to try and break the specification and offer quotations or drawings to other potential customers. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES - Product Specification Engineer to Architects and Construction companies - Utilising the ‘NBS System’ to help write the specifications to uniquely identify all the USPs of Frontier Pitts products range, from both our standard security range, to our LPS1175 forced entry, intruder resistant Gates and Turnstiles, to our renowned HVM Anti Terra Range. - The candidate will have the ability to read engineering and architects drawings, understand British standards and paint specification, operational requirements, control philosophies including how we meet all safety regulations and build these into detailed national Building Technical Specifications. - Following the project through planning permission and the tender process to ensure are specified project is ordered from the contractor, making outbound telephone calls to gather information from potential customers. - Remember and recognise many projects along with background information. - Advise sales team of any changes to projects they have quoted or if the project has been awarded to a Contractor. - Ensuring quotes are completed or sending reminder emails to the relevant sales team. GENEREAL OFFICE DUTIES - Sorting external mail and distributing it to the relevant department. - Answering phone calls. - To liaise with other departments as necessary to ensure continues improvements to customer service and internal communications. NATURE AND SCOPE The person appointed will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, pro-active and organised, with a strong customer focus and engineering background to be able to read drawings and write specifications. It is a varied role, and the post holder will demonstrate an ability to multitask calmly and efficiently within a busy and demanding environment. KEY SKILLS - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline - Minimum 1 years' experience within a similar role. Be of a confident Nature You must be excellent in English language, and technical phone conversations. - Ability to review & prioritise the number of calls to projects - Highly motivated team player with a desire to meet targets Organised, competent and able to maintain concise note keeping of conversations - Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative. - Adaptability - Strong customer focus - Microsoft Office skills essential (Word, Excel, and Outlook) - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (IELTS Level 6.5 and above) The working hours are full-time Monday to Friday However, you will be required to work such hours as is necessary to carry out the role.
