Overall Role This position will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of services in the Facility & Workplace Services with a focus on customer centricity, continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety, and compliance as Lead FM. Duties & responsibilities MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES The Lead Facility Manager will be responsible to manage the tactical delivery for the assigned properties/facilities and be the main point of contact for client, stakeholders. There are 7 sites in Japan. JLL team is assigned at 3 sites and 4 sites are remotely managed. So team operates not only onsite task but also handle them remotely and Lead FM oversee them. Hachioji is HQ for the client and their parent company own the building it. So their subcontracted vendor manage the building as BMO. They also provide building maintenance, alarm monitoring incl our client equipment, fire safety, cleaning, building access, mail service to our client. So JLL team will be communicating daily basis to maintain our client environment. Team Structure: JLL x 7 (including the position) and 1 partner vendor(reception at Hachioji HQ). 5 in 8 team member located at Hachioji. Client office location: HQ at Hachioji (1 min from Kita Hachioji station) Service hour : 9:00-17:10 Service day follows client business calendar Contract model: Principal Model, Regional Contract Scope Account Management (Governance, Compliance, Supplier / Vendor Management, Financial Management, Sustainability, Operational Reporting, Reception, Mail, Panty/Food service, EHS, Cleaning service, Daily inspection, Safety equipment, Event support, PPM, BCP, Seating, Access card, Stationary, Helpdesk, Asset Management, Move and Change, Document Archive, Project, Janitorial, Waste Management, Security, Car Fleet Scope varies by site like remote office doesn’t have onsite service. There maybe some updates on JD due to discussion result between client and their parent company. Candidate Specification Key skills Communication skill to establish trust relationship with client, team, vendor, users, stakeholder, Landlord etc. Has a customer-oriented attitude, action; flexible, listen, proactive Positive mind to improve for better service Required skills Over 7 years’ experience in Facility industry or some areas which utilize past experiences Demonstrates proactive & professional approach to customer service.
