About the role

- Fizz Facial Bar is hiring a Lead Fizz Coordinator to run our front desk operation and support the Business Manager in delivering a seamless client experience from the moment someone walks in.

What you'll do

- Lead and coach the Fizz Coordinator team - Sell memberships at the front desk and coach the team to hit membership goals - Conduct morning huddles and report daily/day-end goals - Manage front desk scheduling, coverage, and call-ins - Handle bank deposits and change runs - Train new front desk hires per Fizz University standards - Interview Fizz Coordinator candidates alongside the Business Manager - Track and order office, cleaning, food, and marketing supplies - Monitor emails, voicemails, and social media messages/comments - Perform front desk audits and provide coaching and direction

Qualifications

- Prior front desk, reception, or customer service leadership experience - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Comfortable handling cash and basic administrative tasks - Strong communicator who leads by example - Comfortable selling and coaching others to sell memberships - High integrity — this role has access to passwords and proprietary information
