# Lead, Enterprise AI Transformation & Implementation **JV technology** · Singapore · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are seeking a senior technology and transformation leader to drive the adoption, implementation and scaling of AI capabilities across complex organisations. The role will bridge AI strategy, enterprise technology and business operations, working across headquarters, business units, subsidiaries and functional teams to translate AI opportunities into practical implementations, redesigned workflows and measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and scaling of AI-enabled capabilities across business units, subsidiaries, functions and operating environments. Identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases in partnership with business and technology leaders. Translate enterprise priorities and business requirements into practical AI-enabled workflows, solutions and implementation plans. Drive initiatives from concept and pilot through deployment, adoption and enterprise-scale implementation. Work across business, product, data, technology, security and governance teams to resolve implementation barriers, dependencies and adoption challenges. Develop repeatable frameworks, playbooks and deployment approaches to accelerate AI adoption across different business units and operating environments. Lead workflow redesign and support the integration of AI, automation and intelligent agents into existing processes and enterprise systems. Establish adoption, value-realisation and performance measures for implemented initiatives. Capture implementation lessons and operational feedback to continuously improve deployment approaches and enterprise capabilities. Build internal capability through knowledge transfer, stakeholder engagement and communities of practice. Requirements 12+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, AI, enterprise platforms, consulting or large-scale implementation roles. Strong track record delivering complex technology or transformation initiatives across multiple business functions. Proven experience implementing enterprise technology initiatives in complex or matrix organisations, including translating HQ strategy, platforms or standards into execution across subsidiaries, business units or multiple markets. Experience translating emerging technologies into operational business solutions and measurable outcomes. Strong understanding of AI, automation, data, enterprise systems and modern digital platforms. Experience with organisational adoption, operating-model change, workflow transformation and enterprise-scale implementation. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across senior leadership, corporate functions, business units, subsidiaries and technical teams. Experience working in complex, federated or highly regulated organisations is advantageous. Experience in healthcare, financial services, supply chain or other complex operational environments is preferred. Experience in workforce transformation, including redesigning roles, workflows and ways of working enabled by technology and AI, would be advantageous. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, Master’s degree or other advanced qualifications preferred. Location Singapore or Hong Kong. Candidates must be prepared to relocate where required. Selection Process The selection process include at least 2 (two) interview stages with relevant stakeholders. Pay: Up to $180,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
