Nursing visits, home diagnostics, equipment rental, caregivers, injections, vaccinations — delivered out of staffed base stations serving 3km micro-markets. The role ● Build and ship features on the booking website and app (Next.js) ● Own the backend and database on Supabase: Postgres, edge functions, RLS, triggers, and cron jobs ● Maintain and improve the ops dashboard for bookings, dispatch, roster, inventory, attendance, and CRM ● Run and extend the WhatsApp booking bot and notifications (WATI) ● Keep payments, OTP, and messaging integrations reliable (Cashfree, SMS, email) ● Set up tracking and attribution for marketing: GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and campaign codes ● Use AI tools to build faster, and build AI into operations where it saves time ● Fix bugs fast, keep the platform secure, and protect patient data ● Hire and guide developers or freelancers as the team grows ● Turn founder ideas into a clear plan, then ship it Who this is for ● 3–6 years of full-stack experience; you've shipped real products that people use ● Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Next.js, and Postgres or Supabase ● Experience with payment gateways, WhatsApp APIs, and third-party integrations ● Comfortable with AI-assisted coding; you count it as a skill, not a shortcut ● You write clear, simple code and document what you build ● You can explain a technical problem to a non-tech founder in five lines ● Healthtech, marketplace, or on-demand services experience is a big plus Who this isn't for ● You only want to write code from a fixed ticket ● You're not comfortable owning production when something breaks ● You want a large team and a slow, process-heavy setup Apply at :info@healkin.com Call At : 9076471611 Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
