The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and optimizing conveyor systems while coordinating with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and assemblies using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Prepare detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation. Perform engineering calculations and support prototype testing and product validation. Lead troubleshooting and implement practical design improvements. Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and QA teams to ensure design feasibility. Select suitable materials and components for conveyor applications. Ensure compliance with ASME, ISO, and other applicable engineering standards. Support design reviews and continuous product improvement initiatives. Required Experience Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. 5–6 years of experience in mechanical design using SolidWorks (mandatory). Strong experience in designing belt, roller, chain, screw, and carousel conveyor systems . Experience with complete conveyor project execution, including design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning. Knowledge of load calculations, structural analysis, and conveyor component selection. Experience integrating conveyors with PLCs, sensors, and control systems. Good understanding of CNC machining, welded fabrication, sheet metal, and material selection. Familiarity with ASME/ISO standards. FEA/CFD knowledge is an added advantage. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,500.00 per month Application Question(s): Whats your current and expected salary?
