Key Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. - Minimum 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics, including experience leading enterprise AI initiatives. - Strong expertise in statistical modeling, supervised and unsupervised learning, time series forecasting, NLP, deep learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). - Advanced programming skills in Python, PySpark, SQL , and experience with Jupyter/Zeppelin Notebooks and big data platforms. - Proven experience designing, deploying, and optimizing production-scale AI/ML models using MLOps and cloud-based AI platforms. - Experience leading technical teams, mentoring data scientists, and managing AI/ML projects in Agile environments. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business insights. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving innovation through AI, Machine Learning, and data-driven decision-making.
