Knowledge/Skills: - Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools; - Software development methodologies and lifecycles; - Microsoft Office Suite and; - Adobe Acrobat. - Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams; - Proven track record of identifying problems, developing solutions, and implementing strategies to resolve issues efficiently; - High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in documentation and reporting; - Plans and develops systems and procedures to improve operating quality and efficiency of department in accordance with company policies and procedures; - Troubleshoots issues utilizing creative and critical thinking skills; - Multitasking, analytical, and organizational skills; - Initiative-taking, strategic, and meticulous approaches with a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness; Requirements: - A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field; - 7 years of experience in a Fund Accounting or Transfer Agency role within the financial services industry and; - Experience with report creation and data analysis.
