I work collaboratively with my colleagues across Tesco to deliver the productivity change programme. - I actively manage relationships with product and finance to ensure we simplify for store. You will be responsible for - Partner with project managers to understand changes to models. - Provide Data to build new Productivity Models - Managing resource allocation and prioritisation to ensure that business benefit is maximised - Driving sustainable solutions that ensure we maintain improve the health of our models - Working collaboratively to develop full solutions and operating models, and trialling these as necessary - Responding in a timely manner to changing priorities; adapting and adjusting plans as required - Driving automation to ensure that the team reduce the amount of BAU activity they support - Collaborating with stakeholders and Product Owners to bring their requirements through the life cycle to implementation phase. - Partnering with finance to ensure that budgeting and flexing process are refined - Managing and influencing stakeholders cross-functionally, at all levels, at the right time - Building testing capability and coach the team to improve their technical ability - Being an expert within my area, having awareness of the wider market, and sharing knowledge with the wider team - Contributing to make my team a great place to work (e.g. supporting activities like team days or team meetings) You will need - SQL, Hadoop - Mainframe - Ability to manage multiple projects - Communication skills - Influencing & relationship building skills - MS Office - Including Excel, Access, VBA, Alteryx, Allation - Tableaux - Able to write SQL queries - Proficient in mainframe environment - Advanced Excel user including VBA - Advanced Access user including VBA - Retail/Distribution/Fulfilment knowledge - Stakeholder engagement & influencing - Developing and working to a plan - Line management experience - Sprint ways of working Whats in it for you?
