Lead AI Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Machine Learning initiatives . You will bridge business strategy and technical execution, ensuring AI solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, and data-driven programs from discovery through production and adoption.
• Manage project scope, roadmap, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product Owners, Architects, and Business Analysts .
• Partner with business leaders to define AI use cases, priorities, success metrics, and value realization.
• Drive governance around Responsible AI, data privacy, security, model risk, and regulatory requirements .
• Oversee testing, deployment, production readiness, and ongoing monitoring of AI solutions.
• Manage senior stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners while providing clear executive-level reporting.
• Lead delivery improvements, Agile practices, and knowledge sharing across AI programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Business , or related field.
• 8+ years of technology delivery/program management experience, including significant exposure to AI, Data, Analytics, or Digital Transformation .
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, cloud platforms, data engineering, and MLOps/LLMOps .
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams and enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php250,000.00 per month
