Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax laws, and accounting software Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information. A Lead Accountant plays a pivotal role in maintaining an organization’s financial health, ensuring compliance, and guiding strategic financial decisions while leading and developing the accounting team. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Experience: Accounting: 3 years (Preferred) Team Lead: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English & Gujarati (Preferred) Work Location: In person
