This role focuses on high-precision dimensional control, foundation layout, formwork verification, and pre-pour checks to ensure flawless concrete placement for large-scale commercial buildings. Key Responsibilities Precision Layout: Establish grid lines, control points, elevations, and layout benchmarks for large-scale footings, foundation walls, slabs-on-grade, and multi-story elevated structures. Embed & Bolt Placement: Perform hyper-accurate layout and verification for structural anchor bolts, weld plates, and mechanical embeds before concrete is poured. Equipment Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate robotic total stations (e.g., Trimble, Leica), GPS units, and digital optical levels. Plan & BIM Interpretation: Read and interpret complex structural concrete blueprints, rebar shop drawings, and utilize digital BIM software (AutoCAD/Revit) to resolve dimensional conflicts. Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Conduct rigorous pre-pour inspections of formwork, shoring, and rebar clearance, and perform post-pour as-built surveys to document deviations. Qualifications & Requirements Technical Skills: Proficiency with AutoCAD, total stations, and data collectors. Experience: 1 to 4 years of field construction or surveying experience. Physical Requirements: Ability to walk rough terrain, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and lift field equipment.
