The successful candidate will provide legal advice, draft and review legal documents, represent the company in legal matters where applicable, and ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, labor, and civil matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions. Represent the company before government authorities and courts when required. Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and internal policies. Coordinate with external legal consultants when necessary. Manage legal disputes and assist with litigation matters. Maintain legal records and documentation. Requirements UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book. Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent. Valid UAE legal qualifications or license (if applicable). Excellent knowledge of UAE laws and legal procedures. Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (or 1–5 years of experience preferred). Preferred Skills Time management and organization. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Salary AED 8,000–25,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience). Benefits Competitive salary.
