The ideal candidate must have previous hands-on experience in the laundry industry and should understand the complete laundry process, including washing, drying, ironing/pressing, stain treatment, garment handling, packaging, quality control, equipment utilization, staff supervision, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete daily operations of the laundry. Supervise, train, schedule, and monitor laundry staff. Ensure garments are properly sorted, washed, dried, pressed, packed, and delivered according to required quality standards. Monitor productivity and improve workflow to reduce delays and unnecessary labor. Maintain high standards of garment care and minimize damage, discoloration, shrinkage, lost items, and rewash. Handle customer complaints relating to laundry quality, damaged or missing garments, and delayed orders. Monitor the use and cost of detergents, chemicals, packaging materials, utilities, and other consumables. Control inventory and ensure proper stock levels for laundry supplies. Monitor laundry machines and equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs. Establish and enforce proper operating procedures for different garment and fabric types. Monitor daily sales, expenses, production volume, wastage, and operational performance. Identify opportunities to reduce operating costs while maintaining or improving quality. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the laundry facility. Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management. Work with management to improve profitability, service quality, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Work Location: In person
