Staff Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor laundry attendants and supervisors. Conduct pre-shift meetings and monitor team performance. Inventory & Supplies: Monitor par levels for linen, control inventory, and order detergents, chemicals, and uniforms within budget. Equipment Maintenance: Inspect machines regularly and coordinate with the engineering or maintenance department for repairs and preventive servicing Quality & Safety Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, enforce safety rules regarding chemical handling, and resolve customer complaints promptly. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial washers, dryers, pressing equipment, and fabric care chemistry. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
