# Landscaping and Swimming Pool Engineer **Boujee Construction LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Landscaping and Swimming Pool Engineer Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Construction Position: Landscaping and Swimming Pool Engineer Availability: Immediate Joiners preferred Landscaping and Pool Site Engineer is responsible for leading on-site construction, installation, and quality control of all landscaping elements (hardscape and softscape) and swimming pool/water feature systems (MEP piping, filtration, pumps, lighting, and waterproofing) to ensure execution strictly aligns with approved shop drawings, project specifications, authority regulations, and safety standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITY: Supervise daily site activities for hardscaping (paving, cladding, pergolas, retaining walls) and soft scaping (soil preparation, planting, irrigation systems). Oversee swimming pool construction, including MEP pipework, pump room installation, filtration systems, dosing systems, heating/cooling units, underwater lighting, and tiling. Review approved shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements prior to commencing works. Ensure proper waterproofing, leak testing (hydrostatic tests), and pressure testing for pool structures and underground piping. Coordinate with subcontractors, site foremen, and trade labor to optimize daily manpower output and maintain project schedules. Resolve site-level technical conflicts between MEP services, civil structure, and landscape layouts. Prepare and submit Requests for Inspection (RFIs) to the Client/Consultant engineer. Ensure full compliance with local authority regulations (e.g., Municipality, Civil Defense, and health/environmental codes regarding pool water quality). Manage chemical balancing, water filtration testing, and pump room commissioning. Snag list preparation and rectification for seamless project handover to the client or facility management. REQUIREMENT: ✅Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural/Landscape Engineering, or related fields. ✅Minimum 5 to 7 years of hands-on site execution experience specifically in external works, softscape/hardscape, and swimming pool/water feature MEP systems. ✅Proficiency in AutoCAD (for reviewing and verifying site layouts and shop drawings). ✅Working knowledge of swimming pool pump room hydraulics, filtration systems, and automatic dosing units. ✅Understanding of irrigation systems (drip/spray systems, solenoid valves, controllers, and pumps). ✅Knowledge of local plant species, soil conditions, and hardscape materials (granite, travertine, composite decking, etc.). ✅Familiarity with local municipality/authority regulations and safety (HSE) protocols. ✅Professional engineering license/registration (where required by local regulation) Interested candidates may send their updated CV via email joinus@bjrg.ae Please mention “Landscaping and Swimming Pool Engineer ” in your application.
