Landscape Supervisor – Large-Scale Project Company: Elegancia Facilities Management Location: Qatar Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview Elegancia Facilities Management is looking for an experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team for a large-scale landscaping project in Qatar . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in landscape operations, maintenance, manpower supervision, and project coordination, preferably with Qatar or GCC experience . Key Responsibilities Supervise daily landscape maintenance and site operations. Manage and allocate landscaping manpower effectively. Supervise softscape, hardscape, irrigation, turf, planting, pruning, and related works. Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards. Monitor team productivity, attendance, tools, materials, and equipment. Coordinate with Landscape Engineers, Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors. Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance requirements. Ensure compliance with HSE policies and site procedures. Prepare daily/weekly work progress and manpower reports. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Landscape Supervisor or similar role. Large-scale project experience is mandatory. Qatar or GCC experience preferred/required. Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and irrigation systems. Experience supervising large landscaping teams. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in large commercial, residential, hospitality, infrastructure, public realm, or major FM landscaping projects will be highly preferred.
