Job Summary

The Landscape Project Execution Manager is responsible for managing and executing landscape and swimming pool projects from start to completion. The role includes planning site activities, supervising manpower, coordinating with clients and suppliers, ensuring quality work, and completing projects within the approved timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise landscape and swimming pool projects.
• Plan daily site activities and allocate manpower efficiently.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of works.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and workers.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
• Control project costs and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Resolve site issues and provide technical support to the team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE (Health & Safety) requirements.
• Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
• Manage project handover and completion documentation.

Swimming Pool Responsibilities

• Manage swimming pool construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate pool excavation, waterproofing, tiling, filtration systems, pumps, piping, and MEP works.
• Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of swimming pool systems.
• Monitor pool equipment installation and water treatment systems.
• Ensure all pool works meet quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in landscape project execution.
• Experience in swimming pool construction and maintenance is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of soft landscaping, hard landscaping, irrigation systems, and swimming pool works.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and project specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
