# Landscape Project Architect – Technical & Construction **Imagineering Agricultural Materials Trading** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are looking for an experienced Landscape Project Architect with strong construction and technical experience, particularly in podium/slab landscape projects. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: -Strong experience in landscape shop drawings, RFIs, technical submissions, and construction details. -Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, suppliers, and other disciplines. -Attend and lead technical workshops and coordination meetings. -Follow up with consultants/clients on comments, approvals, and submissions. -Coordinate with suppliers, follow up on their technical work, drawings, materials, and submissions, and track progress until approval. -Conduct site follow-up and inspections and provide practical technical solutions. -Strong knowledge of landscape levels, waterproofing, drainage, hardscape and softscape, especially landscape works on structural slabs. -Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, MEP, Irrigation, Civil, Lighting, and other disciplines. -Experience with BIM coordination and Revit, including model coordination and clash identification. -Strong AutoCAD skills and ability to review/coordinate technical drawings. -Good understanding of podium build-ups, planters, paving, soil depths, slopes, drainage, waterproofing, and construction interfaces. UAE/GCC construction experience preferred. Ideal Candidate: Technically strong and construction-oriented, with good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills, able to work independently between office, BIM, consultant/client meetings, suppliers, and site.
