# LANDSCAPE & POOL ENGINEER **building evolution** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Building Evolution Contracting is looking for an experienced Landscape & Pool Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in landscape works, swimming pool construction, and site execution , preferably within luxury villas and high-end residential projects in Dubai/UAE . Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise landscape and swimming pool works from execution through completion. Coordinate softscape, hardscape, irrigation, drainage, and external works. Supervise swimming pool construction, waterproofing, MEP systems, filtration systems, tiling, and finishing works. Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documentation. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams. Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to approved drawings and project specifications. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and UAE authority requirements . Conduct site inspections and identify technical or execution issues. Prepare material requests and coordinate procurement requirements. Monitor subcontractor performance and workmanship. Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover of landscape and pool works. Maintain proper site documentation and progress records. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Mechanical Engineering , or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience , preferably in Dubai/UAE. Proven experience with landscape and swimming pool projects . Experience with luxury villas or high-end residential projects is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of swimming pool construction, waterproofing, filtration, circulation, and MEP coordination. Good knowledge of landscaping, irrigation systems, hardscape, and softscape works. Ability to read and review technical drawings and specifications. Strong site supervision and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of UAE construction standards and local authority requirements. UAE driving license is an advantage. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
