We are looking for an experienced supervisor or an ambitious individual interested in developing into a leadership position. This position offers more than traditional employment. For the right individual, we are open to discussing future opportunities involving business partnership, employee buy-in, or potential company ownership. Key Responsibilities - Supervise landscaping, property maintenance, and snow removal operations. - Coordinate crews, daily schedules, equipment, and job assignments. - Oversee snow and ice management operations, including storm preparation, dispatching, and service completion. - Maintain quality control, employee accountability, and customer satisfaction. - Assist with equipment maintenance, operational efficiency, and job profitability. - Help develop customer relationships and identify opportunities for company growth. - Participate in operational planning and long-term business development. Qualifications - Experience in landscaping, snow management, or related operations preferred. - Supervisory or management experience is beneficial but not required for the right candidate. - Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities. - Dependable and willing to take responsibility. - Ability to work flexible hours during winter weather events. - Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building a long-term career.
