Landscape Field Operations & Logistics Manager

Autumn Ridge Landscaping is looking for an experienced, motivated, and highly organized Field Operations & Logistics Manager to join our team!

We operate multiple landscape and irrigation crews daily and are looking for someone who can take ownership of the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps our teams productive and our projects moving forward.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining time in the office/shop with regular visits to job sites.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Coordinating equipment, trucks, trailers, and machinery between job sites.
• Ensuring crews have the correct materials, supplies, and equipment before starting work.
• Managing material ordering, inventory, and deliveries.
• Working with our mechanic to coordinate repairs and equipment readiness.
• Communicating with foremen to anticipate upcoming needs.
• Visiting job sites and resolving daily operational challenges.
• Coordinating logistics for approximately 7–9 landscape and irrigation crews.
• Working directly with ownership to execute weekly project priorities and schedules.
• Assisting with winter inventory, equipment maintenance planning, and preparation for the upcoming season.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in landscaping, construction, excavation, or related field operations.
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment and job-site logistics.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, prioritize, and make independent decisions.
• Someone who takes initiative and anticipates problems before they happen.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, meeting company insurability requirements.
• Comfortable using technology to manage scheduling, equipment, and communication.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
