Landscape Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Landscape Designer to join our growing design and delivery team. In this role, you will lead the transformation of client briefs into stunning, sustainable 2D/3D master plans, technical layouts, and planting schemes. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of arid horticulture, local municipal design codes, and advanced design software to take projects seamlessly from concept through to site execution oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling spatial design concepts, master plans, softscape and hardscape layouts, and detailed 2D/3D presentation graphics using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Build accurate technical documentation, detailed softscape planting schedules, and construction drawings while integrating designs into BIM workflows when required.
• Conduct comprehensive site surveys assessing topography, microclimates, soil conditions, and existing drainage networks.
• Specify regional, drought-tolerant, and native flora following local municipality guidelines paired with highly efficient automated irrigation systems.
• Prepare exact material quantities, project estimations, and value-engineering recommendations to keep projects within budgetary frameworks.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, MEP engineers, external sub-contractors, and site teams to ensure physical execution matches design tolerances.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of professional landscape design experience, ideally within the UAE or broader GCC market.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite for technical design submittals and executive project presentations.
• Maintain solid expertise in Gulf-appropriate softscaping, smart irrigation networks, and local hardscape sourcing.
• Exhibit excellent client presentation capabilities, high structural organization, and a portfolio showing projects taken from concept drawings to execution.
• Possess strong professional English proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
• Hold a valid UAE driving license.
