We are looking for a Landscape Architect /Senior Landscape Architect who wants to do more than simply work on projects. We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership, drive projects forwardand play an active role in shaping the design. You will work closely with our Principals across a diverse portfolio — helping to shape design, coordinate teams, manage clients and consultants, and carry projects from ideas through to built outcomes. We are looking for someone who combinesstrong project management skills with design flair and a good eye for design — someone who is organised and dependable, but who also cares deeply about thequality of the work we create. The Role You will be involved across the full life of our projects, with particular responsibility for project leadership, design coordination and delivery. Taking ownership of multiple projects, programmes, deliverables and deadlines. Working closely with the Principals and design team to develop, refine and protect the design vision. Contributing creatively toprojects and bringing a strong design sensibility to the work. Managing communication andcoordination with clients, architects, engineers, consultants and contractors. Leading project meetings andkeeping teams aligned on decisions, actions and priorities. Coordinating drawings, presentations, reports, specifications and other project deliverables. Anticipating issues proactively and helping the team find practical solutions. Managing project information, comments, submissions, approvals and follow-up actions. Supporting tender and construction stages, including technical queries, material and shop-drawing reviews and site inspections. Guiding and coordinating junior team members where required. Contributing ideas on how we can continually improve the way we design and deliver our projects. Who We're Looking For Has design flair and a strongeye for good design, with a genuine interest in landscape, architecture and the wider built environment. Is able to balance creative thinking with the practical demands of delivering projects. Is highly organised and naturally thinks a few steps ahead. Takes responsibility and initiative in moving things forward smoothly. Can manage multiple projectsand priorities without losing sight of design quality. Can move comfortably between the big picture and the details needed to make it happen. Communicates clearly and confidently with clients, consultants and contractors. Enjoys solving problems and navigating the realities of delivering good design. Is collaborative, generous with ideas and comfortable working as part of a close design team. Wants meaningful involvement in projects rather than being confined to a single stage or task. Experience Degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline. Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience, with appointment as Landscape Architect or Senior Landscape Architect based on experience and capability. Strong project management and coordination experience. Demonstrated design ability anda strong portfolio of landscape work. Good understanding of landscape design, technical documentation and construction. Ability to independently manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape and other relevant design software is advantageous. Experience working on projects in Singapore and/or across Asia would be advantageous. Why Second Nature?
