Landscape Architect / Deputy Landscape Project Manager

• Hong Kong (IAP/JC26-067) Hong Kong

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture / architecture or construction related discipline.

Minimum 8 years relevant experience, with construction site experience will be advantage

Post-qualification in project management experience preferably gained in landscape or related discipline consultancy firms or developers.

Responsible, well-organized, independent and self-motivated

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop

Knowledge on BIM and Lumion will be advantage

Responsibilities

Frequent coordination with contractors to resolve technical issues on site.

Responsible for overall project management, and maintain project quality and time control on landscape works.

Frequent meets with clients and consultants in decision-making role.

Preparation on drawings and design presentation

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior position.)
