Landscape Architect

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Female Landscape Architect to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have experience in landscape design, planting plans, hardscape layouts, technical drawings, and landscape project coordination. She should be capable of developing innovative and practical landscape designs while ensuring compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable local regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop landscape concepts, master plans, and detailed landscape designs for residential, commercial, hospitality, and outdoor projects.
• Prepare landscape layout plans, planting plans, hardscape drawings, and construction details.
• Design gardens, parks, courtyards, walkways, outdoor seating areas, and recreational spaces.
• Select suitable plants, trees, shrubs, and ground covers based on climate, soil conditions, and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings, material schedules, planting schedules, and bills of quantities (BOQs).
• Create 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and professional design presentations.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP engineers, irrigation specialists, and project managers.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing conditions and monitor landscape implementation.
• Review landscape materials, shop drawings, and contractor submissions.
• Ensure landscape designs meet client expectations, project budgets, quality standards, and applicable authority requirements.
• Coordinate with site teams and contractors to resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Incorporate sustainable landscaping solutions, water-efficient planting, and suitable irrigation requirements.
• Manage design revisions and ensure timely submission of project deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Female candidate for this vacancy.
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field.
• Relevant professional training or certification in landscape design is an advantage.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating completed landscape design projects is preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in landscape architecture or landscape design.
• Previous experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or public landscape projects.
• Proven experience in preparing landscape drawings, planting plans, hardscape layouts, and technical documentation.
• UAE or GCC experience is highly preferred.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and site teams is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for landscape layouts and detailed technical drawings.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, or other 3D visualization software.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign for presentations is an advantage.
• Good understanding of planting design, horticulture, hardscape materials, grading, drainage, and irrigation coordination.
• Ability to interpret architectural, civil, and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of local plant species, drought-tolerant landscaping, and climate-appropriate design solutions.
• Strong design, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
