# Land Technical Associate (LIMA Project based) **Aboitiz Land, Inc.** · Lipa · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 7 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Mission / Purpose The Land Technical Associate provides technical and geospatial support to the Land Acquisition and Titling Team through GIS mapping, initial technical due diligence, and survey coordination, enabling informed decisions and/or recommendations. This role plays an integral part in developing acquisition strategy, managing due diligence requirements, coordination with stakeholders, support in titling application review, maintain and produce documentation, as well as managing the dashboards and map database. Key Responsibilities 1. GIS Mapping & Spatial Analysis Prepare and maintain GIS maps, parcel maps, and spatial databases for land acquisition projects. Generate geospatial analyses, overlays, and thematic maps to support site selection, acquisition planning, and management reporting. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of spatial data and land records, considering but not limited to DENR LDC, TD, TCT and actual survey data. 2. Technical Due Diligence Conduct desktop technical assessments of target and acquired properties, including boundary verification, land use, zoning, topography, access, and site constraints. Secure and review cadastral maps, survey plans, tax maps, titles, and other technical documents to identify risks and inconsistencies. Prepare technical due diligence reports and recommendations for acquisition decisions. 3. Survey Coordination & Validation Coordinate with both internal and external Survey Teams / Geodetic Engineers, as well as Survey Consultants for relocation, subdivision, consolidation, and boundary surveys. Validate survey outputs against approved plans, titles, and GIS datasets. Support field verification and site inspections when required. 4. Land Acquisition Support Provide technical inputs during property evaluations, negotiations, and acquisition planning. Assist in identifying acquisition risks and recommending technical mitigation measures. Support the preparation of technical documentation required for property acquisitions. 5. Titling & Documentation Supports Provide technical support for title transfer, subdivision, consolidation, and other land registration activities needed by the Team. Assist in preparation and verification of technical documents required for titling and other regulatory agencies. 6. Data Management & Reporting Maintain organized digital records of technical and survey documents. Maintain GIS databases, technical records, and property information systems. Develop dashboards, maps, and reports to support management decision-making. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates. 7. Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with internal teams (Land Acquisition & Titling, Project Development, Legal, EA, and Technical Teams) and external consultants, surveyors, and government agencies on technical matters. Support the resolution of technical issues affecting land acquisition and titling activities. Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
